What Are My Options

I have had facilitators, no names provided, who either did not respond to my questions, did not respond quickly, or gave questionable direction (okay, maybe I did not understand). What should I do? I really need help to make it through some of these classes!

If the facilitator is unable to provide direction, please make sure to contact the instructor. Also consider hiring a tutor or work with another online student.
